Developed workshops and courses on a Biblical understanding of human nature and emotional healing which led to the publication of Biblical Inner Healing.

Becket Academy, East Haddam, CT

    Part-time chaplain and counselor - 1973-80

    Full time chaplain and counselor - 1981-83

    Becket Academy was a coed school for troubled youth from junior through senior high school. The school specialized in wilderness programs of the "outward bound" type with a fairly firm discipline, but no clear religious identity.

The Road to Emmaus - Founder and president - (1983 to present) a non-profit organization dedicated to the healing of the Church through "spiritually and intellectually aggressive materials for living in a pre-Christian age".

    Private counseling practice in Norwalk, CT (1984-90) in individual counseling, workshops, and conferences in emotional and spiritual healing. Writing in the area of developing a Biblically based psychology and therapy, and in Christian apologetics.

    Private practice in Ambridge, PA (1991-98)

    Systems Operator of Road to Emmaus electronic bulletin board dedicated to Christian apologetics, and internet access service for Ambridge Area.
The electronic bulletin board became a website as the technology developed. 

    Emmaus Ministries became The Road to Emmaus when it was reincorporated in California in 2007, taking the name of the website.  

St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Blairsville, PA - part time Vicar, 1997 - 98.

Transformation Christian Ministries, Washington, DC, metro area -- executive director -- an Exodus affiliate ministry helping people exit the homosexual lifestyle - 1999 - 2001  (resided in Alexandria, VA)

        Returned to The Road to Emmaus in June of 2001.

Biola University - Moved to Vista, CA, 2005, then to La Habra, CA, 2006.  Taught for one semester at Biola University Torrey Honors program in La Mirada, CA.   

The Road to Emmaus-- continues to produce materials for Christian apologetics and pastoral counseling.

        TV interview in Pittsburgh on gender identity from Biblical perspective;

        Exodus International and P-FOX conferences on homosexuality and regaining gender identity from 1989 to 2003.
