[COMMENT:  The pathetic apathy and absurd studied ignorance (people do not want to be told the truth) on the part of American parents continues apace.  Read below on the continuing collapse of not only education, but our families, our churches.

Please note also the "hint" of collusion between those behind our schools system and terrorist activities.  The Globalists (who run our schools) are using the Muslims to create "cognitive dissonance" among us, a brainwashing technique where respected leaders create internal conflict by supporting conflicting values.  People give up trying to "figure it out" and become apathetic and controllable.  Just where our Globalists tyrants want us.

Only a Biblical renewal will turn the Globalists on their heads.  They have no other significant enemies.       E. Fox]

Public School Portrays Christians as Terrorists
Not content with enshrining homosexual sodomy and dogmatic Darwinism as part of the new "basics" in their curricula, public school "educators" are now using their institutions and taxpayer provided funds to smear Christians as terrorists.
"The head of a national, Texas-based pro-family group says a recent hostage drill at a New Jersey high school, which portrayed conservative Christians as terrorists, is reflective of a dangerous philosophy that has become prevalent in many parts of America, where it is having negative effects on education. A local paper reports that a drill at Burlington Township High School in New Jersey involved police portraying mock gunmen, described as "members of a right-wing fundamentalist group called the 'New Crusaders' who don't believe in the separation of church and state." The fake gunmen were said to have been "seeking justice because the daughter of one [member] had been expelled for praying before class...."
Meanwhile, Real Terrorists Recognize an Easy Target When They See One
Few Americans even noticed the Muslim terror attack on an elementary school in Belsan (Russia) in which the terrorists murdered 338 people, including 172 children. Now the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI are reporting that Muslims with ties to extremist Muslim groups are infiltrating - I mean "getting jobs" - in the school system:
Authorities fear the school massacre that shook Russia a few years ago may be a dress rehearsal for what al-Qaida plans to do in America – only on a grander scale, launching multiple school attacks simultaneously across the country...
Three years later, schools and local police in this country are still unprepared to deal with such an assault, experts warn. Most don't have response plans for handling a single active shooter, let alone a cell of trained terrorists launching a large-scale attack.
Yet terror cells secreted inside America may be planning to use buses, as well as other vehicles and methods, as a Trojan horse to infiltrate school campuses and massacre students and teachers.
"The enemy is infiltrating us at all levels, and certainly school bus drivers are one area to look at," warned retired Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, president of Killology Research Group, an anti-terror consultancy that trains the FBI and other law enforcement. "And how about high school, middle school and elementary school cafeteria workers? Janitors? Delivery people?"
Grossman says some school district security officials he works with have expressed concerns about some of the Muslim employees schools are hiring.
"But no one dares profile them," he told WND. Islamic terrorists are already in place in the U.S. and, yes, that includes bus drivers, cafeteria workers and also airport workers,"
If terrorists decide to go after some of the roughly 100,000 public schools, there is really nothing that can be done to defend them. All that can be hoped for is that intelligence and police services will be able to break up terrorist plots before they are carried out. Unfortunately, keeping public school children safe requires perfect terror threat intelligence - something that is devoutly wished, but that is very unlikely to be delivered.
Postmodern Parenting
Parents support daughter's porn career:
"Sunny Lee has some really supportive parents.
The 20-something gal has made a name for herself as the "Shirley Temple of Porn," thanks in large part to the help of her loving parents, ABC News reports..."
Of course, cashing in on your daughter's sexuality is more difficult when she is under 18 years-old, but some enterprising postmodern parents have discovered teen erotic modeling:
"Hiding from the rain under the gazebo in front of the Alamo, Molly looks like the cheerleader whose overprotective mother told her to “wash that makeup off and put a sweater on before you go out, young lady!” Wearing jeans, sneakers, an oversized jacket, and a leather cowboy hat, she hardly rates a second look from the dirty old men in trench coats secretly scouting the short-skirted cheerleaders.
To be sure, Molly is a pretty girl, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and clear skin. But with downtown San Antonio looking very much like a high school overrun by popular girls, Molly’s shy demeanor and too few exposed areas of skin lack the gum-cracking sassiness of the specimens that surround her.
Truth be told, she is not a cheerleader. But Molly is popular. Extremely popular. She’s the star of Molly-Model.com, a modeling Website exclusively dedicated to her. The site has 1,300 paying customers and her Yahoo! fan club is the second-most popular modeling fan club on the massively popular Web portal, with more than 9,000 members. “I even beat the Girls of Maxim!”she proudly says. “And those girls are, you know, kinda nice!” ...
She put up her name on an Internet modeling board, a man named Gary L. Smith called her up and offered to make her a star, and a couple of e-mails and phone calls later, she was in Florida for her first-ever modeling shoot. A few months after that, she’s the Internet’s hottest teen model. “I go out there and I see the number of members and it’s like, ‘Yeah!’” Molly says. “It’s a blast, it’s awesome!” ...
The site is less than a year old, but there are already more than a thousand pictures of Molly in her “portfolio,” grouped in easy-to-navigate series with names like: “Pink top and panties,” “Up against the bricks,” and “Candy Canes.” There are a dozen sample pictures and it costs $17.95 a month to become a member and have access to the whole collection. Paying members also get Molly’s e-mail address and invitations to regular live chats.
“I get all sorts of numbers,” Molly says. “I’ve gotten [every]one from a woman teacher in Nebraska to a 15-year-old kid who thinks I’m good lookin’.” But those aren’t her only fans. “Yeah, there’s the... umm... middle-aged men, kinda looking for a friend or some friendship, you know?”
Apparently what these new friends want are pictures of Molly in cocktail dresses, in jeans and tank tops, lounging on a sofa in shorts and a T-shirt. Molly in a bikini, Molly in a business suit, Molly in a cheerleader outfit, Molly sucking on a sugar cane.
Some pictures do get a bit racy, like the one on the samples page of her sitting on a bed, halfway through removing her shirt, or the other one where she’s taking off her panty. “I set my limits, I know what I wanna do, I know how sexual I can be without going over the line,” Molly explains. “I’ve looked through magazines, through Seventeen and Cosmo and I kinda get a feel as to, you know, what’s acceptable and what’s pushing it. I mean, if you look through the average magazine you’re gonna see sexy girls. That’s... what sells! The fashion today is skimpy, it’s short skirts, you know, that’s just what you’re gonna see....”
More Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Thanks to Parents Drug Habit
Grandparents paying the price for how they allowed their own children to be "socialized":
To most of the world, 53-year-old John Howard is an experienced engineer who runs energy management programs at Wright State University.
To his grandsons John, 5, and Ryan, 7, he's Pow-Pow, their version of a soccer mom...
Howard represents a segment of society that seems to grow every year. He's a custodial grandparent caring for the children his son couldn't raise.
"A lot of these people don't even want to acknowledge that they have become parents again," said K.B. VonDerau of the Greene County Council on Aging. "They see the children suffering because their parents can't take care of them, and they think maybe they can step in for a while and give the parents a break until they get their act together...
VonDerau said parents burden grandparents and other relatives with raising their children for a multitude of reasons, "but about 80 percent of the time it's about drug abuse."
20% of Washington State 10th through 12th-Graders Drunk at School
More about that really valuable public school "socialization":
About 20 percent of 10th- and 12th-graders in Washington schools have been drunk at school in the past year -- up from 15 percent two years ago....
By now most of you know that the German government kidnapped Melissa Busekros from her family for the "crime" of homeschooling. If you are unfamiliar with it, the story is here: http://www.netzwerk-bildungsfreiheit.de/html/pe_erlangen_en.html
Lately the German officials have been trying to deflect criticism from themselves by claiming that this is a mental health case. The government's psychiatrist examined Melissa and determined that she suffers from a mental illness that hasn't yet made it into the DSM IV: "schoolphobia". Plainly, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn would not find Germany a congenial place.
Now, in a virtuoso display of using psychiatry as a political weapon,  the German Obergruppenfuhrers want Melissa's parents to submit to a psychiatric "examination". Here is the current state of play in this Teutonic tragedy (note the photo of Richard Guenther who looks like he's performing the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliette ;-) http://www.ihrg.org/
More on the kidnapping of Melissa:
Public School or Prison?
For those watching developments in public schools, it is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish between being institutionalized in a government school and being institutionalized in a minimum security prison.
Land of the Fake Free
Officials in Prince George's County, Maryland, have proposed cracking down on truancy by strapping ankle bracelets on the truants. There are already fines and criminal penalties for parents who let their kids play hooky, but these punishments have been deemed ineffective....
More Public School Religious Neutrality
More evidence that our highly trained government school educators not only believe that the phrase "separation of church and state" is in the Constitution, but that "separation" means operating on the basis of the "ABC principle" (Anything But Christianity):
A 10-year-old boy who said he was not allowed to wear a Jesus costume during his school's Halloween activities sued the district, alleging that his religious and free-speech rights were violated.
The complaint, filed in federal court Tuesday, says officials at Willow Hill Elementary School in Glenside told the boy Oct. 31 that he could not wear his faux crown of thorns or tell others he was dressed as Jesus.
The principal, Patricia Whitmire, told the boy's mother that the costume violated a policy prohibiting the promotion of religion, according to the lawsuit. Whitmire suggested that the fourth-grader, whose costume also included a robe, identify himself as a Roman emperor, the suit states.
While the boy's costume was rejected because of its religious nature, the principal allowed other students to dress up as witches and devils, according to the lawsuit....
Florida District to Purge Christian Holidays from Calendar and Keep Parents in the Dark About Sodomy Clubs
From Dr. Robert Dreyfus: In recent weeks the Hillsborough County School Board [Florida] has voted to remove all Christian holidays from the school calendar and voted to deny parents rights by enabling students to go to a club that promotes homosexuality without their parents knowing about it.
Unattended 5th-graders Show Diligence by Carrying Out Sex Education Experiment While the Teacher is at an Assembly
About a Student Being Stabbed to Death In School
Who could possibly make stuff like this up? Or, perhaps I should say, how can pastors and parents fail to notice that it is no longer 1950 and that the government schools are a clear and present danger to the welfare of children?
Two fifth-graders had sex on a classroom floor while two others fondled each other in the classroom, according to a teacher at Spearsville High School....
Students at the kindergarten through 12th grade school are unruly, disrespectful and rarely disciplined, Walker said.
"They cuss at the teachers and throw things at them, and nothing is done," Walker said. "There was even one student who grabbed a teacher in the butt and nothing was done. The students run the school."
Walker said teachers learned Wednesday about the incident, which allegedly occurred during an assembly Tuesday to talk about a 15-year-old student accused of stabbing another student to death over the weekend.
Brits Catch On To American Government School Dropout Scam
Connoisseurs of American government school scamming know that one of several techniques America's highly trained education professionals have for "managing" the bad news about dropout rates is to claim that dropouts left to homeschool. This is a "twofer" for the government schools: it not only allows them to deceive the public about dropout rates, it can also eventually be used to create unfavorable publicity about homeschooling to promote homeschooling regulation. Now it appears that the Brits have caught on, but they need a tutorial on how not to get caught:
Some local authorities are trying to cut their truancy rates by urging parents of persistent truants to say they will home educate, it is claimed.
Home education charity Education Otherwise says parents of truants and disruptive pupils are being urged to sign pre-typed de-registration slips.
It says the practice gives home educators a bad name and plans to take evidence of it to education ministers...
Public Schools Report Tougher Courses and Higher Grades, But Achievement Levels Have Fallen. Gosh, How Can That Be?
According to P.T. Barnum "There's a sucker born every minute." Evidently, our highly trained education professionals look at parents and behold a sea of "suckers." When coupled with W.C. Fields dictum: "Never give a sucker an even break",  we have the essence of public school public relations.
WASHINGTON, Feb. 22 — Today’s high school students are taking seemingly tougher courses and earning better grades, but their reading skills are not improving, according to the results of a national assessment released here today that cited grade inflation as a possible explanation.
The National Assessment of Educational Progress, often called the nation’s report card, surveyed transcripts of 26,000 students, comparing them with an earlier study of student coursework in 1990. It also reported on the reading and math scores of 12th graders across the country.
The report offered several rationales for the disparity between rising grade point averages and more difficult course work, on the one hand, and stagnant reading scores on the other, including “grade inflation, changes in grading standards, and growth in student performance.”
Darvin M. Winick, chairman of the National Assessment Governing Board, which oversees the exams, said in a prepared statement that the findings “provide little comfort,” and “suggest that we need to know much more about the level of rigor associated with the courses that high school students are taking,”
The results found that the reading skills of 12th graders tested in 2005 were significantly worse than those of students in 1992, the first time a comparable test was given, and essentially flat since students took the exam in 2002.
The share of students lacking even basic high school reading skills — meaning they could not, for example, extract data about train fares at different times of day from a brochure — rose to 27 from 20 percent in 1992. The share of those proficient in reading dropped to 35 from 40 percent in 1992. At the same time, the gap between boys and girls grew, with girls’ reading skills more than a year ahead of those of boys.
In math, 23 percent of all 12th graders were proficient, but the exam had been revamped, so the results could not be compared to earlier years. The new test has fewer questions requiring arithmetic, but more using algebra and geometry. Some 39 percent of 12th graders lacked even basic high school math, meaning they could not, for example, figure out the length of a hypotenuse using the Pythagorean theorem.
In math, girls had higher grades from teachers, but scored about equally with boys on the national assessment. Boys who had taken advanced math and science courses, however, scored higher on the exam than girls who had also taken such courses.

2. If you aren't hearing about at least some these government school problems from your pastor, why is he your pastor?
“Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don’t mean to do harm – but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.”
T.S. Eliot
