Almost every facet of America has blood on its hands from complicity with the killing of innocent life. We have become so calloused, so jaded to the fact of 4000 babies dying a terrible death every day, and so used to doing nothing about it, that we continue doing nothing. Where are the clergy? Where are the Christian politicians? Where is our governor, our president, our congressmen? Where are we?

The young adults are increasingly more pro-life, partly because they are 'survivors' of the gamut of their mothers' wombs. One fourth to one third of their age bracket did not make it. Realizing that makes a difference. But the big change will come when clergy stand up and lead their congregations in righteousness.

Some take a strong, even coercive, stand, such as Paul Hill. We need to sort out the conflict we feel between the use of force and the defense of life. The two are not always in conflict, sometimes only in ourselves.

We Christians continue to be led by the nose on the abortion issue for the same reasons we are led by the nose on the homosexual issues (and many others), cowardice, ignorance, and comfort- rather than truth-seeking. May God have mercy on us.

Sadly, we did, and continue doing, the terrible thing...
The 20th century was the most brutal century in all history (with no clear change in sight for the 21st). By the 1950's, we had already slaughtered a greater percentage of the human population than any other century. America may be leading the slaughter with 52,000,000+ (and climbing) babies killed in -- or even on their way out of -- the womb. Will our generation turn this terrible history around?
Only under the law and grace of God. So few others seem to care...

A Prayer Concerning Abortion

Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life,
And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion,
Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death
by the Resurrection of Your Son.

Roman Catholic Priest stands up against the murder of babies in the womb: COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A South Carolina Roman Catholic priest has told his parishioners that they should refrain from receiving Holy Communion if they voted for Barack Obama because the Democratic president-elect supports abortion, and supporting him "constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil."

The Rev. Jay Scott Newman said in a letter distributed Sunday to parishioners at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville that they are putting their souls at risk if they take Holy Communion before doing penance for their vote.

"Our nation has chosen for its chief executive the most radical pro-abortion politician ever to serve in the United States Senate or to run for president," Newman wrote, referring to Obama by his full name, including his middle name of Hussein.

"Voting for a pro-abortion politician when a plausible pro-life alternative exists constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil, and those Catholics who do so place themselves outside of the full communion of Christ's Church and under the judgment of divine law. Persons in this condition should not receive Holy Communion until and unless they are reconciled to God in the Sacrament of Penance, lest they eat and drink their own condemnation."

Roe V. Wade is NOT the Law of the Land -- the Courts are legally incapable of making law and physically incapable of forcing anyone to follow their dictates. Lawyer Kerry Morgan in Michigan writes a stunning piece on the subject. America has swallowed a deliberate scam that the judges make law (when the evil is being done by the executives, not the judges) to overthrow our Constitution, which is quite clear on the subject of judicial power. National Pro-Life Alliance (NPLA) sponsors "Life at Conception" Act (H.R. 618)-- Call your Representative (202 224-3121) and ask for his or her position on this. It specifies that life begins at conception, effectively overturning Roe v. Wade. Our Constitution guarantees protection of government for any person, and "Life at Conception" would be an official government acknowledgement that that is the case.
It is much easier to get people to be pro-babies than to be anti-abortion. Put the pressure on your Congressmen. We have destroyed the lives of what are rightfully nearly 50,000,000 American citizens. America has blood on its hands. We MUST set this right before God and man.
